    ORA-24428: Sessions with SYSDBA privileges are not supported in this mode.

    Reason for the Error

    A session with SYSDBA privileges was requested from a Session Pool which does not support sessions with SYSDBA privileges.

    Solution

    Do not specify mode OCI_SESSGET_SYSDBA.
