    Reason for the Error

    The value for the specified LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n (n = 1…31) parameter contained a DELAY attribute with an invalid numeric value. The valid range is 0-5760 (in minutes).

    Solution

    Correct the value for the indicated LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n parameter.
