ORA-16081: insufficient number of processes for APPLY
Reason for the Error
Logical standby apply engine was started with fewer processes available than needed.
Solution
Increase the values of the initialization parameters PROCESSES and or the MAX_SERVERS parameter seen in the DBA_LOGSTDBY_PARAMETERS view.
