How to Delete a Single Slide from PowerPoint Presentation?

To delete a single slide from the PowerPoint presentation, do the following steps:

  • Select the slide by clicking on that slide thumbnail from the slides panel.
  • Right-Click on the Slide and Select the Delete Slide option from the Pop-down menu.

To delete multiple slides from the Microsoft Powerpoint presentation, do the following steps:

  • Press and hold the Ctrl key.

  • Right-Click and select the Delete Slide option from the pop-down menu.

How to Delete Contiguous Slides from PowerPoint Presentation?

To delete the contiguous group of slides from the PowerPoint presentation, follow the below steps:

  • Click on the first slide of the group of slides by clicking on it from the slides panel.
  • Press and hold the Shift key.
  • Select the end slide of the group of slides that you want to delete by clicking on it.
  • Right-Click and select the Delete Slide option from the drop-down menu by clicking on it.

You can also use the Backspace or Delete keys instead of Right-click -> Delete Slide option. It is applicable for all the deleting options mentioned above.
