    Reason for the Error

    AQ propagation’s HTTP request to the propagation servlet at the specified address encountered an error

    Solution

    Specify a valid address in the connect string of the propagation destination dblink, the dblink user has the correct permissions, check if the AQ propagation servlet was properly installed.
