We are seeking a skilled Data & AI Architect Manager to join a leading global change and transformation consultancy based in Central London. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £90,000 and the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data architecture covering ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics.
• Oversee the development of modern data platforms, utilizing technologies such as Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage data engineering tasks, including ETL processes and the creation of scalable data pipelines.
• Conduct conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling to support data initiatives.
• Design cloud data architecture and ensure integration with existing legacy systems.
• Establish and maintain data governance, quality, security, and compliance protocols.
• Integrate AI and machine learning solutions into data processes, focusing on intelligent automation and predictive analytics.
• Facilitate data visualization efforts, translating complex data insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and governance over architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing data platforms and pipelines.
• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with platforms like Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Understanding of data governance and AI governance principles.
• Excellent advisory and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior executives.
• Ability to connect technical architecture with broader business strategies.
