As a Senior Account Manager based in London, you will play a pivotal role in managing our top strategic accounts in partnership with Sales teams, focusing on driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include providing seamless customer service to assist clients in activating their campaigns and leading strategic media planning for these accounts.

You will conduct weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Sales Partners and organize campaign kick-off meetings to gather necessary launch assets from clients. Monitoring ad campaign delivery performance will be crucial, as you will proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on campaign performance and evolving client objectives.

Collaboration with Ads Operations will be essential for order implementation and technical troubleshooting. You will also provide data-driven insights, including post-campaign wrap reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), while navigating campaign escalations and developing long-term prevention solutions.

Maintaining a deep knowledge of ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting, and ad policies is key, as is representing the Account Management team’s feedback and priorities to leadership. You will lead the onboarding of new Account Managers and contribute to initiatives that improve team workflows and drive incremental revenue.

To qualify for this position, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Account Management or Sales Planning within digital media, particularly with a focus on video advertising. Strong client service skills, operational excellence, and experience in audience-driven media planning are essential. Familiarity with various deal types and programmatic experience is required, along with data fluency and storytelling capabilities.

Excellent project management skills and knowledge of research/verification vendors will also be beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
