We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to a significant banking transformation initiative. This position is based in Milton Keynes and involves a hybrid working model, requiring three days onsite.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a portfolio of strategic change initiatives that focus on customer onboarding, financial crime, and operational transformation. This role combines project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement, working collaboratively with product, operations, technology, and data teams to achieve critical business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a major banking transformation program by managing a portfolio of strategic change initiatives.
• Engage in project management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement across various teams including product, operations, technology, and data.
• Drive critical business outcomes through effective delivery of complex business transformation programs.
• Gather requirements and conduct business analysis to inform project direction.
• Develop delivery plans, roadmaps, and governance structures to ensure project success.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and multiple workstreams effectively.
• Maintain strong stakeholder management across both business and technology teams.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid PM/BA role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex business transformation programs.
• Strong capabilities in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience in developing delivery plans and governance frameworks.
• Ability to manage risks and dependencies while overseeing multiple workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in business and technology contexts.
• Familiarity with KYC, onboarding processes, financial crime, or working in regulated environments is highly advantageous.
