Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement tests for new software applications and features, as well as regression tests.
• Collaborate with application teams to develop effective test strategies.
• Automate testing processes as part of continuous integration systems.
• Investigate software issues and create reproducible test cases.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing to ensure software quality.
• Clearly report test results, including performance metrics and coverage analysis.
• Develop tools to minimize testing time and facilitate easier test execution.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations for product improvements.
• Work with global, cross-functional teams to establish organization-wide testing strategies and infrastructure.
• Mentor colleagues, share best practices, and influence quality engineering methodologies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software application testing.
• Proven experience in test automation.
• Strong understanding of various software testing techniques.
• Proficient in C# programming.
• Familiarity with C++.
• Experience in bug triaging and creating reproducible tests.
• Knowledge of software build tools, issue tracking systems, and source control.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools, LLMs, or similar technologies to enhance engineering productivity, along with the ability to review and validate generated outputs safely.
