We are seeking a Senior User Researcher to join a prominent digital consultancy that is expanding its User Research capabilities across the UK. As part of a multidisciplinary Agile team, you will help organizations gain a deeper understanding of their users, validate assumptions, and design services that yield meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute user research initiatives across complex digital projects.
- Plan and implement both qualitative and quantitative research activities.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers within Agile teams.
- Translate research findings into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Promote user-centered design and inclusive research methodologies.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior researchers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated commercial experience in User Research.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams.
- Proficiency in a variety of user research methodologies.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitation.
- Ability to influence design, product, and delivery decisions based on research.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading other researchers.
- Public sector or consultancy experience is highly advantageous.
