As a Home Instead Care Professional, your role will involve supporting older adults in maintaining their independence and comfort within their homes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing companionship and meaningful interaction to clients.
• Assisting with personal care tasks as needed.
• Prompting and supporting clients with their medication.
• Preparing meals for clients according to their dietary needs.
• Helping clients with their daily routines and activities.
• Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
• Supporting clients in attending appointments and engaging in social activities.
• Aiding clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Caring, compassionate, and reliable.
• Experienced in the care sector.

• Able to work flexibly, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the UK.
• Living locally within Loughborough, Leicester, or Leicestershire.
• A driver with access to a reliable vehicle, due to the community-based nature of the role.
