WPP is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to support the scaling of Open Intelligence (OI) across global markets and enhance its partner ecosystem. This role will be pivotal in transitioning OI from its initial rollout phase to a robust, repeatable global operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical onboarding and operational rollout of external data, supply-side, and ad tech partners into the OI ecosystem.
  • Facilitate implementation workflows, including cloud environment setup, tagging, API, and server-to-server validation, testing, and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to monitor onboarding progress, manage technical dependencies, troubleshoot integration issues, and eliminate delivery blockers.
  • Act as the primary operational contact for partners during the onboarding process, aiding the transition from commercial agreements to live technical operations.
  • Develop and maintain a global roadmap for data-partner onboarding and platform adoption, converting complex technical requirements into repeatable workflows, playbooks, documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Establish support structures, escalation paths, and quality standards while creating scalable operational models that empower local market teams to utilize new platform capabilities independently over time.
  • Maintain comprehensive visibility across integration streams, continuously enhance rollout frameworks and operational tools, and contribute to shaping the long-term operational strategy for OI and connected partner solutions.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in AdTech, programmatic media, supply-side platforms (SSPs), CTV/ATV, or related data/platform environments.
  • Proven track record in managing external technology or data partners throughout the integration lifecycle, from commercial handoff to testing, launch, and ongoing operations.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, server-to-server integrations, tagging, data flows, and cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, along with data-ingestion architecture.
  • Ability to translate technical details effectively, engage in informed discussions, and solve problems collaboratively with engineering teams, without needing to be an engineer.
  • Strong skills in program and dependency management, with experience coordinating multiple complex integration streams in matrixed environments.
  • A history of creating structure in fast-paced, evolving environments by developing playbooks, governance models, operational procedures, and support frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a pragmatic, hands-on approach to delivery and continuous improvement.

Benefits

  • A culture that fosters extraordinary work and creativity.
  • Opportunities to influence and complete projects on an unparalleled scale.
  • Engaging and challenging work with a team of creative problem solvers.

This position is hybrid, with teams expected to be in the office around four days a week. WPP is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering a culture of respect and inclusion.
