Reddit is seeking a seasoned and innovative Business Marketing Lead for the UK to spearhead our advertising marketing strategy aimed at expanding one of our key international markets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading marketing efforts directed at client-direct advertisers in the UK, collaborating closely with UK Sales leadership and the UK Agency Marketing Lead.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing an annual marketing plan that aligns with local business priorities, crafting a compelling market narrative, and identifying growth opportunities. You will also be tasked with creating integrated marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, growth, and retention across Reddit’s UK advertiser base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead Reddit’s UK B2B marketing strategy, developing an annual marketing plan aligned with local business priorities.
• Define a compelling UK market narrative and value proposition, translating global positioning into locally relevant initiatives.
• Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize audiences and opportunities where marketing can have the greatest impact.
• Drive demand and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs that support customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop messaging and marketing assets for UK pipeline-generation campaigns.
• Stay informed on developments in the UK advertising landscape and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Create locally relevant content that demonstrates Reddit’s value to UK advertisers.
• Shape Reddit’s presence in the UK advertising industry through customer-facing activities and strategic partnerships.
• Act as a strategic partner to UK Sales, aligning marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
• Manage the UK B2B marketing budget, focusing on high-impact growth opportunities.

About You

• You have 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech or digital media.
• You possess a strong understanding of the UK advertising landscape.
• You have experience in developing integrated marketing strategies tied to commercial goals.
• You are commercially minded and comfortable making data-backed decisions.
• You are a strong storyteller who can create compelling narratives from insights.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and can coordinate across multiple teams.
• You are fluent in English.
