We are currently looking for a Senior Product Director in Agentification, Skills and Data to join our Data & Technology Solutions team.

This role is pivotal in defining the capabilities of WPP’s agents, focusing on the core skills and tools that agents will utilize, as well as the agentification of WPP’s applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in making established products agent-native.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for skills, tools, and agentification across WPP Open.
• Define the core set of skills for WPP’s agents.
• Manage the tool layer for agent accessibility to WPP and third-party capabilities.
• Lead the agentification of WPP applications.
• Establish guardrails for agent actions in collaboration with Agent Governance.
• Implement evaluation and quality assurance processes for skills and agent outputs.
• Define the data and context strategy for agents.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UX, and Data teams.
• Set clear objectives and ensure team alignment.
• Provide vision and motivation to the cross-functional product team.
• Utilize data to inform product strategies and enhance adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer, balancing platform priorities with client needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, engineering leadership, or applied data science, particularly in AI or platform products.
• Proven track record of transforming SaaS or enterprise products into agent-native solutions.
• Deep knowledge of agent architectures and related technologies.
• Experience with agent and tooling ecosystems.
• Ability to define guardrails and safety controls for autonomous systems.
• Experience in evaluating non-deterministic systems.
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with data and knowledge platforms.
