Senior Ads Revenue Business Partner EMEA Overview

We are seeking a Senior Ads Revenue Business Partner for our EMEA region, based in London. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation, testing, and optimization of our advertising infrastructure, including customer relationship management (CRM) and order management systems. You will work closely with global teams to ensure the smooth operation of our advertising initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include managing non-standard billing and invoicing requests, with a strong focus on developing scalable solutions. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring that commitments are met and proactively identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of relevant accounting experience or equivalent expertise, particularly in advertising technology, media, or agency environments. A proven track record in project management and process improvement is essential, along with experience in reviewing and accounting for agency contracts, including rebates, credits, and discounts.

Familiarity with CRM and/or order management systems is required, as well as experience in scaling or automating revenue processes. You should be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decisions using data and clear reasoning. Experience with Workday Financials or similar cloud ERP systems will be beneficial.
