Join the LADbible Group as a Midweight Creative, where you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on creativity, strategy, and innovation. Our Commercial Team, LAD360, collaborates with some of the world’s most iconic brands, delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with audiences.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating big, original, social-first ideas for leading brands, guiding projects from the initial brief to execution. You will bring a fresh Gen Z perspective to your work, identifying relevant creators and cultural trends that brands can authentically engage with.
Your creative output will span various formats, including reactive social media content, short-form videos, talent-led entertainment, stunts, activations, and larger integrated campaigns. You will work both independently and collaboratively, transforming briefs into compelling creative ideas and presenting them with confidence.
Collaboration is key; you will work alongside producers, designers, directors, creators, and talent to bring your ideas to life, remaining involved from the pitch stage through to the final edit. You will also be encouraged to challenge briefs and proactively introduce new ideas and references to the creative team.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience as a Midweight Creative in a social-first, advertising, content, or creative environment, with a portfolio full of strong, original ideas.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z and internet culture, with an instinctive grasp of social platforms, creators, entertainment, memes, and emerging behaviors.
- Strong conceptual and writing skills, with the ability to turn rough thoughts into simple, compelling creative propositions.
- Practical creative craft skills, including writing scripts and treatments, and building engaging pitch decks and presentations.
- Confidence in working independently, presenting your ideas, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work at pace across multiple briefs, with commercial awareness to understand budgets and deliverables.
At LADbible Group, we embrace a hybrid working model, allowing you to work four days in the office (Monday to Thursday). We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable being themselves. If you are ready to bring your creativity to a leading social youth publisher, we encourage you to apply.
