The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in producing videos that educate and inspire our audience, working on popular series such as Minutes With, Extraordinary Lives, Face to Face, and Honesty Box. This position requires a proactive individual with a background in documentary or factual storytelling, who is adept at casting compelling contributors and conducting sensitive interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete production process for LADbible Stories videos, from initial concept development to casting and final editing.
• Collaborate closely with an editor to ensure the final product aligns with your creative vision.
• Direct shoots and conduct interviews with contributors and talent, often addressing sensitive subjects.
• Act as an editorial voice during production, guiding the narrative and ensuring the content resonates with the audience.
• Manage multiple projects and series simultaneously, maintaining organization and focus across various formats.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in documentary filmmaking, factual television, or journalism, with a strong interest in storytelling.
