We are seeking a motivated and inquisitive Manager to join the Boots Retail team at WPP Media, a leading AI-driven media operating unit. This role is integral to managing Boots brand campaigns that support both retail stores and online platforms. The successful candidate will play a vital role in understanding the competitive landscape and audience insights, while also delivering innovative paid media campaigns across multiple channels.

As a Manager in our Client Leadership team, you will:

• Be a critical part of the team running the day-to-day client business, ensuring smooth client servicing and internal processes.
• Collaborate with the Account Director and Director to respond to client briefs and work closely with media specialists throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Contribute to a culture of open communication and continuous learning within the team.
• Quickly digest information and provide clear verbal and written directions.
• Manage a diverse workload effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Experience in client services, media planning, or investment roles.
• The ability to analyze client and consumer data creatively.
• Strong storytelling skills to build compelling recommendations.
• A proven track record of building trusted relationships with internal and external partners.
• A willingness to learn and develop expertise in media tools and processes.
• An understanding of media effectiveness and strategies for delivering results.
