We are excited to present an opportunity for a Data Process & Automation Engineer to join a leading transformation consultancy that is expanding its Data & Technology capabilities. This role is ideal for individuals looking to help organizations enhance their operations, boost efficiency, and realize value through automation and cutting-edge AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes to pinpoint areas where automation can be implemented.
- Design and develop future-state operating processes and workflows.
- Create and deliver workflow automation solutions utilizing low-code and RPA technologies.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and optimization of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from both business and technology teams.
- Analyze how AI can be leveraged to boost operational efficiency and enhance automation results.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and assess the benefits of process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in process improvement and delivering automation solutions.
- Practical experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Celonis, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with technologies like Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or equivalent.
- Understanding of workflow orchestration and API integration.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and facilitating workshops.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- A strong interest in automation, AI, and operational transformation.
