We are seeking a skilled AI & Data Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of modern, enterprise-scale data solutions. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about developing cloud-native architectures, facilitating AI-driven insights, and assisting organizations in maximizing the value of their data. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to create innovative solutions that support analytics, AI, governance, and digital transformation initiatives across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive data architecture solutions that align with business goals.
• Create scalable data platforms, pipelines, and ETL processes within modern cloud environments.
• Develop various data models, including conceptual, logical, and physical models, focusing on both dimensional and relational approaches.
• Integrate contemporary cloud platforms with existing legacy systems to facilitate smooth data access and reporting.
• Establish architecture standards that encompass security, governance, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Lead the technical design and governance of architecture, ensuring best practices are followed across multiple data initiatives.
• Implement strong data governance and quality frameworks to guarantee reliable and compliant data.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve data solutions through intelligent automation, predictive monitoring, and advanced analytics.
• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable recommendations for senior business stakeholders.
• Mentor technical teams and advocate for the adoption of emerging technologies, tools, and architectural methodologies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering enterprise-level data architecture solutions.
• Solid background in developing cloud-based data platforms, ETL pipelines, and data engineering solutions.
• Proficiency with data services from Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, as well as modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques, including dimensional, relational, or Data Vault modeling.
• Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with AI and machine learning applications within data platforms, along with knowledge of AI governance.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience in delivering analytics and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities, capable of conveying complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience in leading projects, workstreams, or technical teams.
