How to Disable only the Vertical Ruler in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013?

When you enable the ruler in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, you would see that the both “Vertical ruler” and “Horizontal ruler” is visible.

How to Disable only the Vertical Ruler in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013?

The vertical ruler is optional and can be disabled by following the below steps. In this case when the ruler is enabled, the “Horizontal ruler” is enabled but only the “Vertical ruler” will be displayed.

1. Select File -> Options in PowerPoint 2013.

2. In the PowerPoint Options Dialog, select “Advanced” from the left sidebar. Identify the “Display” Section and uncheck the “Show Vertical Ruler” checkbox.

How to Disable only the Vertical Ruler in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013?

3. Click OK button. You will immediately notice that the vertical ruler will be invisible.
