What is the Quick Access toolbar?

The Quick Access toolbar is a tool-menu bar that has the frequently used features in Microsoft Excel. It is located in the top left corner of the window which lets you customize your experience in using more frequently used commands.

How to use a Quick Access toolbar?

To customize, select the more commands in the drop-down list which will open up a dialog box.

It lets you add or remove new commands and arrange in preferential order by using the arrows that are to the right of the dialogue box that displays the commands.

You can choose commands from various tabs by clicking on the Choose commands from which displays a drop-down list.

You can also decide if you want the order of the Quick Acess toolbar to be the same for all the documents or just for the one you are working on.

Click OK to save your changes.
