We are seeking a qualified and experienced Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Essex, United Kingdom. This position is ideal for individuals who are skilled in the repair and maintenance of various high-end vehicle brands, including Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and Porsche.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and identify vehicle faults accurately.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance and repair work.
• Maintain precise records of ongoing and completed work.
• Test vehicle parts and systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as changing tyres and oil.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar automotive role.
• Formal qualifications in vehicle mechanics are preferred.
• Experience working in a dealership setting is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of both diesel and petrol engines.
• Proficient in engine rebuilding, head gasket replacements, and timing chain changes.
• Knowledge of electrical systems in vehicles is a plus.
• Experience with brands like Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes, BMW, VW/Audi, and Porsche.
• Possession of a valid UK driving license or an international driving permit, with assistance available for conversion if necessary.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
