In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, the Chief Strategy Officer, and other senior leaders to address critical strategic challenges and drive growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of significant strategic projects, from initial problem framing to the development of commercial models and financial impact assessments, culminating in executive recommendations.
• Guide the creation of Rightmove’s long-term strategic plan, including the preparation of essential documents such as 3-Year Board Strategy papers and Annual Business Plans in partnership with senior leadership.
• Synthesize market trends, emerging sector developments, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic and commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Strategy Consulting or in-house Corporate Strategy roles, particularly in digital marketplaces, software, technology, or media.
• Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations and conduct thorough strategic analyses using hypothesis-based problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in qualitative and quantitative analysis, including data analysis and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and present ideas with confidence.
• Capability to develop innovative solutions for complex issues and work effectively within a lean, high-impact team environment.
