Scopely is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Star Trekâ„¢ Fleet Command team, working remotely from the UK. This role is crucial as the game continues to thrive since its launch in 2018, maintaining its status as one of the top grossing Massive Multiplayer Strategy games.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate with feature teams to shape and refine the development roadmap, vision, and strategy, overseeing the feature lifecycle from specification writing to launching core features.
• Player’s Advocate: Prioritize player experience in all decisions, aligning development with audience needs, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experiences.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics to derive actionable insights and recommendations, formulating strategies to achieve business goals.
• Communication and Collaboration: Actively communicate complex ideas and maintain visibility with upper management and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Extensive experience in product management, particularly in free-to-play mobile games.
• A proven track record in managing complex monetization and engagement systems and content development.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into strategic insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience aligning diverse teams around a shared vision.
• Strong player empathy and experience with user research and community feedback.
• Experience driving impact across cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and engineering.
