As a Senior Product Manager at Sony Interactive Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in the Commerce Platform sector of the PlayStation business. Your primary focus will be on driving monetization growth for the PlayStation Plus membership program and enhancing commerce experiences for players. You will work to evolve the PlayStation Plus service, aiming to attract new audiences and broaden PlayStation’s market reach.

Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive product strategy that facilitates member acquisition and engagement, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial point of contact through ongoing interactions. You will lead the creation and implementation of innovative features, collaborating with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization.

Additionally, you will analyze data to support decision-making processes, partner with marketing and commercial teams to align on key metrics and use cases, and translate business needs into actionable plans. You will also oversee cross-functional planning cycles and contribute to the broader strategy for personalization and customer lifecycle management.

To excel in this role, you should have over 8 years of product management experience, ideally in a consumer-focused digital environment. A background in leading complex, multi-faceted projects and experience with subscription or membership platforms is preferred. You should possess a proven track record in driving conversion and retention strategies, as well as experience working with data and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to convey complex information clearly and facilitate discussions among diverse groups. A solid understanding of market trends in gaming and monetization will also be beneficial.
