Join the Security Transformation & Performance team at Arm as a Security Business Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and delivering security transformation initiatives. This position is integral to enhancing Arm’s security posture and supporting the future of secure computing.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various teams to translate strategic priorities and risks into actionable outcomes. You will support security initiatives from their inception through to delivery, defining requirements and clarifying priorities to ensure teams can proceed with confidence.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with security specialists, IT teams, and business stakeholders to build a shared understanding of challenges and desired outcomes. You will facilitate workshops, guide discussions, and drive alignment between technical and business teams.
In addition, you will be responsible for translating complex inputs, such as risk assessments and regulatory requirements, into structured outputs like business requirements, user stories, and process maps. You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, improving consistency, governance, visibility, and delivery alignment across the security portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to shape and deliver security transformation initiatives.
- Translate strategic priorities, risks, and emerging requirements into actionable outcomes to enhance Arm’s security posture.
- Support security initiatives from concept through to delivery, defining requirements and clarifying priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align technical and business teams on security challenges and desired outcomes.
- Convert complex inputs, such as risk assessments and regulatory requirements, into structured outputs like business requirements and process maps.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to improve consistency, governance, visibility, and delivery alignment across the security portfolio.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in cybersecurity, technology, risk, or transformation environments.
- Ability to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for complex initiatives.
- Experience in supporting security transformation, compliance uplift, or security maturity improvement programs.
- Familiarity with recognized security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, or CIS Controls.
- Exposure to enterprise security domains including vulnerability management, identity and access management, and cloud security.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping and gap analysis.
- Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, and tools like Jira and Confluence.
