This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse passionate about delivering exceptional care to patients in the Oncology and Haematology in-patient ward at the Alaw Unit. The successful candidate will primarily work in the Alaw day unit while rotating through various areas to gain extensive knowledge and skills in managing patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to the ward.
- Rotate through the in-patient ward, Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment Unit, and Alaw Assessment Unit.
- Assist in the management of chemotherapy treatment for patients.
- Promote effective nursing practices and uphold the highest standards of care.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications.
- Experience in Oncology, Haematology, and palliative care is preferred.
- Welsh language skills are desirable but not required.
- Must have current UK professional registration.
Benefits
- Salary between £32,073 and £39,043 per annum, pro rata.
- Permanent contract with options for full-time or part-time work.
