Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive search strategies in partnership with business leaders to facilitate a smooth hiring process for both managers and candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive recruiting experience across diverse industries and functions.
• Comfortable sourcing talent independently and creatively, beyond conventional platforms.
