Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Formulate strategies and identify key initiatives to achieve company goals, providing evidence-based insights on future directions.
• Independent Research & Insight: Conduct direct research into supplier behavior and market dynamics to inform strategic planning.
• Product Roadmap Influence: Collaborate with product teams to guide development priorities based on supplier insights.
• Commercial GTM Ownership: Manage supply-side commercial strategies, including pricing and promotions, and develop actionable launch plans for suppliers.
• Supplier Growth Strategy: Partner with Commercial teams to translate insights into initiatives that enhance supplier engagement and earnings.
• Lifecycle & CRM Strategy: Design CRM programs that align with current commercial priorities for supplier engagement and retention.
• Initiative Launch & Rollout: Lead the rollout of major initiatives, ensuring they are tailored to operator needs.
• Competitive & Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor strategies to refine Viator’s market offerings.

Skills and Experience

• 8+ years in product marketing with a focus on commercial strategy.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps with data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics.
• Comfortable working with data science and analytics.
• Exceptional go-to-market strategy and positioning skills.
• Experience across various stages of the supplier lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
