We are currently looking for a Platform Product Lead specializing in Integration & Orchestration. This role will be part of the Enterprise Technology team and will focus on developing platform capabilities that connect production workflows, data, and systems across WPP’s global production ecosystem. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure reliable integrations and scalable orchestration capabilities that meet Production Operations requirements.

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Service teams.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities for effective engineering delivery.
  • Create high-quality, engineering-ready requirements that are clear, testable, prioritized, and linked to business outcomes.
  • Oversee the delivery of API-first, event-driven, asynchronous, and system-to-system integrations across various platforms.

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure secure, scalable, reusable, and reliable platform outcomes.
  • Ensure that integration and orchestration capabilities are implemented consistently and in accordance with established business and product requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria that clearly outline success, failure, and edge-case scenarios to support estimation, development, QA validation, and release readiness.
  • Act as the primary owner of the Atlas platform backlog, ensuring that integration and orchestration capabilities are prioritized and developed in line with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Technical Analyst, Platform Owner, or Integration Lead within a complex enterprise setting.
  • Strong knowledge of API design, API-led integration, system-to-system integration, workflow orchestration, event-driven patterns, domain-driven design, and data exchange.
  • Experience managing a technical backlog in an agile environment, including user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and refinement.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear and testable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams.
  • Solid understanding of non-functional requirements for enterprise platforms, including security, performance, resilience, observability, scalability, data quality, error handling, and operational support.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, QAs, architects, product teams, operations, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex integration concepts in accessible business language.
  • Confidence in facilitating discussions, managing expectations, resolving ambiguities, and influencing priorities across multiple teams.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in media, content production, marketing, or workflow-driven environments.
  • Exposure to iPaaS, API management, orchestration, or enterprise integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS ecosystems across workflow, finance, resource, asset lifecycle, or approval systems.
  • Experience with finance integrations, risk and control processes, or regulated enterprise workflow environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Miro, or similar collaboration and delivery tools.

At WPP, we believe in the power of creativity, technology, and talent to create brighter futures for our people, clients, and communities.
