The New Business Executive position is pivotal in ensuring the Growth Team operates efficiently and effectively during a period of significant expansion for WPP Production. This role is dynamic and detail-oriented, focusing on project coordination, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring that the necessary tools and materials are available for the team to excel. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across WPP Production and WPP, gaining valuable insights into how large-scale, complex opportunities are developed and secured.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coordination of Growth Team activities, including managing trackers, timelines, status meetings, and reporting.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of pipeline data and reporting outputs.
• Continuously enhance the Growth Hub by keeping content current, relevant, and easily accessible across various markets.
• Assist in live pitch processes by setting up Teams sites, managing files, overseeing project management, tracking actions, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Gather inputs from internal stakeholders for RFI/RFP responses and ensure timely delivery of all necessary materials.
• Support the execution of smaller RFIs or workstreams, ensuring the accuracy of information.
• Compile and maintain essential collateral, such as credentials, case studies, and pitch materials.
• Coordinate requests for design and creative resources.
• Assist in win/loss reporting and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Contribute to enhancing team processes, workflows, and operational methods.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key internal stakeholders across various teams.
• Empower local markets by providing relevant collateral and support for pitch opportunities.
