We are seeking a skilled Modern Workplace Engineer to join our team in London, contributing to our digital workplace transformation. This role involves optimizing collaboration through various technologies, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, while ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the Google Workspace environment, managing user access, security, and collaboration services.
• Take charge of the Amazon Connect platform, improving contact flows, routing, and permissions while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance user experiences.
• Administer and develop Jira and Confluence applications, ensuring effective workflows and governance that align with business needs.
• Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring security and user adoption.
• Design and maintain device lifecycle management through Microsoft Intune and JAMF, focusing on secure provisioning and compliance.
• Utilize digital experience monitoring tools to enhance user experience across all endpoints, identifying and resolving performance issues proactively.
• Implement automation processes using PowerShell and Power Automate to streamline provisioning and access management.
• Collaborate with the Security team to integrate identity protection and compliance policies into workplace tools.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, including configuration and optimization of contact center functionalities.
• Proven experience in administering Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence, with a focus on workflows and governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Google Workspace, including user lifecycle management and security controls.
• Strong background in managing Microsoft 365 environments, particularly Exchange Online and SharePoint.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and JAMF for device management.
• Understanding of identity management and security protocols, including Entra ID and Conditional Access.
• Experience with digital experience monitoring tools to enhance user experience.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Power Automate for process automation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
