International Enablement Partner, GTM Overview

As an International Enablement Partner, you will serve as a performance partner for our International Account Executives and Account Managers, ensuring that their readiness continues beyond the onboarding phase. You will collaborate closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, Product Marketing, field leadership, and frontline managers to translate business priorities into practical, role-specific enablement initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the ongoing readiness of International AEs and AMs post-onboarding, ensuring alignment with evolving organizational goals.
• Occasionally supporting new AE training during large hiring sprints in collaboration with the AE new hire trainer.
• Partnering with GTM teams on product launches and priority initiatives, translating new information into role-based enablement programs.
• Delivering enablement through facilitation, coaching, presentations, and targeted learning experiences that enhance capabilities in real customer-facing situations.
• Maintaining a strong understanding of field needs, common objections, workflow friction, and capability gaps, ensuring these insights inform programming.
• Building and managing major enablement programs from planning through delivery and reinforcement, ensuring stakeholder alignment and impact assessment.
• Tracking program results, gathering field feedback, and refining content and support strategies based on performance findings and business priorities.

To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enablement, learning and development, sales readiness, or a related field.
• Experience supporting customer-facing commercial teams, ideally including Account Executives and Account Managers.
• A demonstrated ability to design and deliver role-based enablement that supports adoption, skill development, and field execution.
• Strong cross-functional partnership and program management skills, with experience working effectively across Product Marketing, GTM teams, field leaders, and managers.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to convert field feedback and performance gaps into practical learning solutions.

Preferred qualifications include experience with international or multi-market commercial teams, enabling product launches and ongoing everboarding programs, familiarity with sales and account management workflows, and professional proficiency in French or Spanish.

This position operates within a hybrid workplace model, requiring in-office attendance two days a week to facilitate in-person collaboration while offering flexibility.
