The Modelling and Simulation team plays a crucial role throughout the engineering lifecycle, from prototyping and evaluating design concepts to creating realistic models of system performance. This position involves developing complex simulations for frontline training and enhancing software toolsets, including computational fluid dynamics and electromagnetics simulations. Responsibilities include validating and documenting toolsets, as well as creating new prototype demonstrators utilizing Virtual Reality or Artificial Intelligence to improve product usability and inform design decisions.

• Collaborate with colleagues, partner companies, and customers to understand their expectations and requirements.
• Manage, estimate, and plan personal tasks and eventually oversee the tasks of others.
• Enhance skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and formal courses.
• Provide technical support to colleagues to help achieve team objectives.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have obtained or be predicted to obtain at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Games Development, Computer Graphics, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM subjects with modelling and simulation modules.
