Your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that will be utilized across the organization. You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, while also developing the technical and consulting skills necessary to become a next-generation AI engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI agents that automate, augment, and optimize business processes across various domains.
• Build and enhance Generative AI applications using techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and knowledge retrieval.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions by analyzing workflows and identifying automation opportunities.
• Develop integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications.
• Contribute to the entire AI solution lifecycle, including design, development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Design evaluation frameworks and apply responsible AI principles to enhance quality, reliability, accuracy, safety, governance, and business impact.

Your Team:

You will be part of the Chief AI Office (CAIO), which is responsible for driving the organization’s enterprise-wide AI transformation. The mission of CAIO is to build scalable AI platforms, intelligent agents, and reusable capabilities that enable teams across the business to work smarter and faster. In this collaborative environment, you will work alongside AI engineers, software developers, solution architects, product managers, and business experts.

Qualifications:

• Graduation between September 2025 and September 2027.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures, and system design fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern development practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of Large Language Models, Generative AI architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Experience in building AI or machine learning applications through academic projects, hackathons, or research.
• Ability to analyze processes, break down complex problems, and translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A curious mindset and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced business environment, with an interest in the financial industry.

Program Overview:

The Graduate Talent Program lasts for 24 months and is designed to help you develop the skills necessary for career advancement. The program begins with an introduction to the firm, followed by professional and technical training, and core skills development related to the Chief AI Office. You will have ample opportunities to learn from colleagues, develop new skills, and expand your network. Additionally, you may participate in rotations to gain broader experience.
