This role combines software engineering, AI agent development, and customer solution architecture, allowing you to work directly with clients to address complex business challenges through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-driven virtual agents that automate customer service workflows across various digital and voice channels.
• Utilize the NiCE AI and Digital portfolio to create intelligent automation solutions, including conversational AI and knowledge management systems.
• Architect agent behaviors, focusing on intent handling, workflow orchestration, and interactions across multiple systems.
• Continuously improve agents through iterative testing, model tuning, and performance optimization.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI agents from initial design to deployment and ongoing enhancements.
• Define agent architecture, including prompting strategies and decision logic, while implementing observability and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor agent performance to adapt and evolve capabilities for handling complex customer interactions.
• Build integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems such as CRM and commerce platforms, ensuring secure and reliable operations.
• Develop APIs and orchestration layers that enable agents to execute real business transactions.
• Create full-stack solutions that facilitate agent interactions, including web interfaces and backend services.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical architectures and working solutions, including prototypes and production-ready capabilities.
• Work with product, engineering, and sales teams to identify product gaps and innovation opportunities, contributing to the product roadmap.
• Design and build technical demonstrations that showcase AI-driven customer experiences, supporting sales engineering efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI and agent systems, including large language models and prompt engineering.
• Strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in backend services, APIs, and web interfaces.
• Experience with integration layers, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations, including REST APIs and microservices.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and knowledge management solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into technical solutions.
