Join Jungheinrich UK as a Field Service Engineer and become part of a leading intralogistics company recognized for its commitment to excellence and employee development. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our customer service engineering team, covering the Derby area.

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a variety of Jungheinrich material handling equipment and forklift trucks at client locations.
• Effectively manage and control the parts stock necessary for service operations.
• Accurately complete service reports and timesheets to document work performed.

Person Specification

• Ideal candidates will possess a mechanical or electrical background, particularly from maintenance or service roles such as automotive technicians, HGV, mobile plant, forklift, or ex-military vehicle engineers.
• A full driving license is mandatory for this position.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is essential to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Previous experience working independently is advantageous.
