Job Responsibilities

• Assist older adults with personal care tasks including washing, toileting, and dressing.
• Provide medication support and assistance with mobility.
• Prepare light meals, drinks, and snacks for clients.
• Offer companionship and engage in conversation with clients.
• Document simple care notes after each visit.
• Accompany clients to social activities or appointments in the community.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Domiciliary Care Assistant, Support Worker, HCS, or Home Carer.
• A valid Category B driving license is required due to travel needs between remote locations.
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
• Proficiency in English and IT skills.
