LADbible Group is seeking talented Audience Editors to join our expanding Talent Network. As a leading publisher redefining entertainment and news for a social generation, we engage with over a billion people monthly through our diverse content offerings.

In this role, you will be part of our Audience Team, which plays a crucial role in ensuring that the content created by our Editorial and Social teams reaches the widest audience possible. This involves working with SEO Specialists, Audience Engagement Editors, and Growth Editors to optimize content for search engines and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with editorial and social teams to ensure content reaches the largest possible audience across various platforms.
• Utilize audience data to inform content creation and publishing strategies.
• Optimize headlines and content for search engines and Google Discover to enhance visibility.
• Identify trends and formats that drive audience engagement and traffic.
• Work with analytics tools to derive insights and make data-driven editorial recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in audience development, SEO, or growth roles within the publishing, media, or digital content sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Discover, search trends, and content performance metrics across different platforms.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and social media insights.
• Strong understanding of effective headline crafting and audience engagement strategies tailored to youth demographics.
• Ability to adapt to algorithm changes and emerging platforms in the digital landscape.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
