As an AI Growth Leader at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Agentic AI and Generative AI across our most strategic clients. This position is part of the Insights & Data practice, which focuses on helping organizations leverage data, AI, and analytics for innovation and transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving the commercial growth and market adoption of AI offerings across strategic accounts.
- Collaborating with an AI Solution Leader to identify business opportunities and engage with executive stakeholders.
- Helping clients unlock business value through AI-led transformation.
- Developing and executing account-based growth strategies focused on AI and Digital Transformation.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders.
- Identifying and shaping high-value AI transformation opportunities.
- Leading workshops to understand client challenges and define business outcomes.
- Creating compelling business cases and value propositions.
- Partnering with the AI Solution Leader to develop differentiated solutions.
- Supporting proposal development and strategic deal pursuits.
- Driving AI bookings and revenue growth.
- Collaborating with hyperscaler partners to create joint growth opportunities.
- Acting as a senior advisor on AI strategy and governance.
- Supporting clients in scaling AI initiatives.
- Providing thought leadership on market trends and emerging technologies.
- Mentoring account teams and supporting AI sales capabilities.
- Representing Capgemini at industry events and client engagements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Significant experience in consulting, business development, or AI-related leadership roles.
- A proven track record of winning and growing large engagements.
- Experience in leading complex sales pursuits and transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise operating models and value realization.
- Experience in global organizations across multiple geographies.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and Digital Transformation.
- Ability to connect technology capabilities with business outcomes.
- Understanding of AI adoption challenges.
- Familiarity with industry trends across various sectors.
