In the role of Director for I&D Transformation & Programs at Capgemini, you will be at the forefront of driving significant business transformation and organizational change within the Insights & Data practice. This position involves leading a strategic Capability Build program across the UK, France, and India, focusing on enhancing engineering capabilities and supporting AI and data ambitions.

Your Role

As the executive program lead, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the comprehensive delivery of the Capability Build program across various countries and business units.
• Creating and executing a transformation roadmap that aligns with Capgemini’s growth strategy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic priorities.
• Translating business objectives into actionable workstreams and measurable outcomes.
• Establishing governance frameworks and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Driving organizational change management to ensure stakeholder engagement and program success.
• Managing program financials, including budgeting and cost management.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain program delivery momentum.
• Establishing KPIs to measure success and impact.
• Encouraging collaboration across international teams to achieve consistent results.
