Engagement Manager, Enterprise Overview

As an Engagement Manager at Profound, you will play a pivotal role in driving the AI search program for our enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing engagement with the Profound platform. You will work directly with customer stakeholders to provide strategic consultation, success planning, and targeted support to help them achieve their AI search objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 25 to 35 enterprise clients, managing the full customer journey from onboarding through to delivering measurable outcomes. You will conduct regular strategic business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities and addressing risks to enhance each customer’s marketing and AI search initiatives.

To excel in this role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of customer objectives and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various teams. You will also become an expert in the AI search space and understand how large language models operate. Your ability to manage multiple customer engagements will be crucial in mitigating risks associated with stakeholder turnover.

Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure that value delivery aligns with commercial goals, and you will partner with internal teams in Sales, Product, and Engineering to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a customer success, account management, or consulting capacity. You should possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a passion for building strong customer relationships. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously are essential.

Location

This position is onsite and can be based in our offices located in New York City, San Francisco, Boston, London, or Singapore. The expected base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $180,000, excluding variable compensation. The total compensation package is designed to be competitive and will be discussed further during the interview process.
