In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination, quality assurance, and governance of media data within the Cockpit programme across multiple markets. You will act as the central liaison among local market teams, global Nestlé stakeholders, and external data partners, ensuring the timely delivery of precise and high-quality data that supports Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and business decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the Cockpit refresh calendar for all participating markets to align with MMM modelling timelines.
• Coordinating with local market teams and data processing vendors to ensure the timely submission of accurate data.
• Handling ad-hoc refresh requests and assessing their feasibility against resource and process constraints.
• Reviewing and validating incoming media plan data for completeness and accuracy.
• Conducting central quality assurance checks before data is loaded into the Cockpit.
• Investigating and resolving data discrepancies with local teams.
• Enforcing standardized processes for data actualization across Cockpit markets.
• Facilitating alignment calls to resolve blockers and communicate clearly about timelines and risks.

To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong background in media planning, buying, or media operations, with a deep understanding of campaign structures and metrics. Experience in managing multi-market data workflows and working with various stakeholders is essential. You should also have proven skills in interpreting media data and strong project management abilities.

Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will need to explain technical data issues to non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy are also vital for this role.
