Role Overview

As an Undergraduate in Procurement, you will engage with Category Management and Integrated Project Teams to deliver value through effective management practices. Your responsibilities will include supplier selection, contract negotiations, and managing third-party requirements while fostering relationships with stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to ensure value for money through planned management.
• Coordinate supplier selection and manage contract negotiations.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Manage the supply base through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Process Purchase Orders and requisitions in accordance with Procurement procedures.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through effective negotiations.
• Maintain supplier order books and ensure data integrity in the ERP system.
• Process supplier returns and implement corrective actions.
• Engage with suppliers to address performance issues at a senior level.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates must be on track to achieve at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
