This position offers an exciting opportunity to join BAE Systems as an Undergraduate in Human Resources, based at the Corporate Head Office in Frimley, Surrey. The placement is for a duration of 12 months, starting in June 2027, and provides a competitive salary of £25,900.

As part of this role, you will engage in a variety of essential HR activities, including Learning and Development, People Development, Performance Management, Resourcing, and Talent Management. You will support HR projects and initiatives, prepare communications and presentations, organize meetings and events, and build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

The Head Office team plays a crucial role in supporting various teams that deliver advanced, technology-led defense, aerospace, and security solutions. This role provides valuable exposure to multiple HR disciplines and opportunities to engage with senior leaders across BAE Systems.

Qualification Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must be on track to obtain at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in Human Resources or Business Management.
