As a Trading Desk Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in our Global Trading organization, supporting commercial and trading activities across various commodity markets. We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in front-end, back-end, and data engineering to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications that facilitate trading, market analysis, risk management, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications that support front-office trading, market analysis, and commercial activities.
• Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions utilizing modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate with traders, analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Create user-friendly interfaces, dashboards, and workflow tools to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and application integrations for trading and analytics platforms.
• Develop and support databases, data pipelines, and data integration processes to provide timely and reliable business information.
• Ensure high standards of code quality, testing, maintainability, security, and automation throughout the application development lifecycle.
• Participate in application architecture, design reviews, and the development of technical solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to maintain application reliability and performance.
• Work with technology teams to support deployment, infrastructure integration, and cloud-based application environments.
• Contribute to software engineering best practices, including version control, automated testing, continuous integration, and documentation.
• Support ongoing modernization initiatives by adopting new technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Trading, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software development with a strong grasp of modern application development practices.
• Experience in supporting commodity trading organizations or financial markets.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular.
• Strong back-end development skills using Python, Node.js, or similar programming languages.
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, including SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar platforms.
• Experience in building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop practical solutions for business challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across business and technology teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
