Technology – Technology Operations – 2027 Analyst Program Overview

The Full-Time Analyst Program at BlackRock is designed for individuals graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027. The program commences in August, with the possibility of earlier start dates. This two-year program aims to empower Analysts by aligning their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock’s mission and values.

Participants will begin with an orientation that provides insights into the company’s purpose, business strategies, and day-to-day operations of an Analyst. Following this, Analysts will integrate into their respective teams while maintaining connections with colleagues worldwide through continuous training and professional development opportunities. This program allows Analysts to make a meaningful impact within the firm and contribute to the overarching goal of enhancing financial well-being for a broader audience.

Application Process

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an email prompting you to complete a pre-interview assessment, which must be submitted within five days to avoid automatic withdrawal of your application.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation from an undergraduate or master’s degree program between June 2026 and July 2027.
• Open to candidates from any academic background.
• Fluency in local languages is required for positions in Continental Europe; however, only English is necessary for roles in Budapest or Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
