What You’ll Need to Thrive

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in several of the following areas and a willingness to grow in others:

• Significant experience in building web-based applications using a modern stack, including Go, Ruby, Python, and Scala.
• Proven ability to design and operate web architecture at scale, particularly for systems managing high request volumes.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and familiarity with NoSQL backends such as Redis, DynamoDB, or Elasticsearch.
• Strong strategic leadership skills to align multiple teams in resolving complex technical challenges.
