The Services organization at Citi plays a vital role in assisting clients navigate complex financial landscapes through integrated cash management and trade finance solutions. You will be involved in various aspects of financial analysis, business development, and client engagement, contributing to projects that have a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and assess the effects of macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials that support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth, identifying opportunities for data-driven insights and AI capabilities.
• Contribute to business cases for new AI-driven product features or enhancements to existing services.
• Assist in process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and mitigate risks, exploring the use of AI/ML tools for task automation and decision-making.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI-powered automation in enhancing operational workflows and reducing manual efforts.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for improving service offerings, utilizing various analytical techniques and insights from advanced analytical models.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership, effectively communicating complex data analyses and insights from AI-driven tools.
• Participate in networking events, training sessions, and leadership discussions to foster personal and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduating between 2025 and Summer 2027 with a target of achieving a 2.1 degree (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Exposure to analytical platforms or eagerness to learn about AI-specific tools is beneficial.
• Interest in financial services and understanding of technology’s role in the industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
